Fall Crafts

By no means is this a crafty blog.  But, our family has our tough times in which we need to express the artists within ourselves.

...slash, we like little treats.
So I made fall-colored chocolate-dipped pretzels.

And Nick made a "Pyramid of Cities," uh, I mean a Map Pyramid.  He used a bunch of free NYC maps that we got from the BYU library to create an artistic masterpiece.

And I created a piece of fall decor for our door.  (Say that 10 times fast.... "piece of fall decor for our door, piece of fall decor for our door....")  'Twas quite the fun art project to get all spread out and not worry about work for an evening.

Plus, now we have a cute-sy door to come home to!

We heart Fall!  And we really do like the types of projects that don't call for crazy ingredients/materials.  Shoot, we might as well be Pinterest. ;-)
